The venue met expectations. Couldn't recommend it more. We had a great stay thanks to the hotel's friendly staff. the property was centrally located in Bucaramanga, close to parks, restaurants, and bars. It was close to everything.

My triple room was equipped with a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. A bathtub in the clean bathroom was super awesome. No reason to complain, I had a such wonderful stay and would like to stay longer.

The hotel's central location in Bucaramanga was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the town center, parks, and restaurants. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. My double room had a lovely view of the garden and a cozy bed. Its proximity to key attractions made it convenient to explore, and it was only a 10-15 minute walk to the Track Family Fun Parks.
